3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted only one account on BK99 Apps. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system is strictly prohibited.

4. Betting Policy

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

A bet placed on BK99 Apps is only considered valid once it has been confirmed by our system. BK99 Apps reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error. Accounts found to be exploiting clearly erroneous odds (error odds) may be subject to suspension.

4.2 Restrictions

• BK99 Apps sets the maximum and minimum stake limits for each bet.
• Live betting odds may change after a match has started — this is completely normal.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing or unethical conduct will be voided.

4.3 Result Determination

BK99 Apps settles bets based on results provided by official sports governing bodies. In the event of any dispute over a result, our team will verify the official sources and issue a final decision, which shall be considered binding.

5. Payments & Transactions

5.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits on BK99 Apps must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing via another person's mobile banking or bank account may result in the funds being non-refundable and your account being suspended.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals can only be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• We may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on BK99 Apps are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). BK99 Apps is not liable for any losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time — a second bonus may not apply while another is already in use.
• Any bonus abuse detected — including arbitrage betting or low-risk betting strategies — will result in the bonus being forfeited.
